» Is there anything you would rather be called?
"Just the Doctor. That's fine."
» Great, now that we've got that covered. How old are you?
"I'm nine hundred and five years old and, I must say, looking rather good for my age, don't you think so?"
» I see, and you're in what member group? And do you happen to be a native of this place?
"You could call my life one great big sci-fi story."
» You know, has anyone ever told you that you look exactly like...?
"Some bloke named Christopher Eccleston. It must be the ears."

"Venice...Naples...Milan...No...wait...Florence! Yes, that's it!"

Let's talk about your personality.
» What are a few of your favorite things?
"Bananas. Bananas are good. Good source of potassium right there. My TARDIS. She's a beauty, all right. She may not always take me where I want to go but she always takes me where I'm needed. And then there's Rose Tyler. She saved my life in more ways than she'll probably ever know. And I can't forget to mention the Captain...Captain Jack Harkness. He's one human being that you always want on your side in a fight. I also like you lot of humans in general. You really are the most amazing race of creatures in the whole universe. You always find a way to survive and keep on moving forward."
»That's interesting. Is there anything you absolutely dislike?
"My past...Well, not my whole past, just the more recent past, which I'm sure you're going to still ask me about anyways. And any aliens bent on destroying or taking over any place in the universe. The Daleks are on the top of that list. They're like the cockroaches of the universe...no matter what I do they always seem to keep on coming back."
» Hm, what is your greatest fear?
"Losing Rose. I've lost so many companions in the past. So many of them have died trying to save me when they thought I was in danger. I can't bear to lose any more of them, especially not after what just happened to the home I once knew."
» Yeah, that is scary. Do you have any dreams for the future?
"My most immediate dream is fixing my TARDIS. She brought me to some island that appears to be in no imminent danger from anything or anyone but she won't let me leave here. She's being stubborn. Maybe this is her way of saying I need to take a vacation from all of the universe-saving I've been doing lately."
» Wow, I hope you succeed. Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
"I don't know how to state this humbly so I'll just come right out and say it: I"m a genius. I know everything about everything...Well, almost everything about everything. I'm still trying to figure out where this island is and what's it doing there. I'm always witty and energetic, although they're mainly just covers to hide my sorrow from the rest of the world. But the facade doesn't always work. There are times when I do lose my temper and I'm not as set against using violence and my former selves were, although I do still only use violence as a last resort. I'm fiercely loyal to my friends and am willing to do anything I can to help save them."

"The planet Gallifrey. It was a beautiful place to live...Orange sky...Trees with silver leaves."
» Do you have any other family? Parents? Siblings? Extended? What do you think about them?
"They're all...dead...I'm the last remaining Time Lord. They all died on the day that I destroyed not just them but the Daleks as well. I had no other choice. Gallifrey is gone because of me. The Time Lords are gone because of me."
» What is your worst memory/memories?
"The day I destroyed Gallifrey. The Daleks were fighting to destroy all of creation. The Time Lords were fighting to save it. We were losing the war. The only way to destroy the Daleks was to destroy all of Gallifrey, taking the Time Lords down with it."
» What is your best memory/memories?
"Oh, you create quite a backlog of good memories when you've been alive for over nine hundred years but, one of my more recent favorites, was definitely meeting Rose for the first time. I helped save her from some Autons and blew up the place where she worked while I was at it. I knew right from the beginning that she was someone special, and I wasn't wrong about that."
» Where are you now? What are you doing with your life?
"Where am I now? Stuck on this bloody island, of course. What am I doing? Trying to get off of it. I can tell you where I was before this, however. I was travelling with Rose and Captain Jack. We met the lovely Captain Jack in World War II London. The last thing the three of us did was give a Slitheen who had become the mayor of Cardiff a second chance by turning her back into an egg and sending her back to her home planet of Raxacoricofallapatorius. Then, when Rose and the Captain were exploring the planet while I was in the TARDIS, she started up and brought me to the island."
