The Silver Blade

Maybe you have heard the stories of the legendary Silver Blade when he fought alongside the humans during the Kowloon Shock. Maybe you haven't. Jirou was a hero of the crusade against the Kowloon Bloodline who were the only vampires known that could turn you just by sucking your blood. He was the most powerful vampire to side with the humans. He came from a very special bloodline, the Bloodline of The Sage. Who was his vampire mother and his lover.

Enough with the history lesson! Jirou is very different from most vampires, a bite from a vampire in Jirou's world is considered the greatest physical pleasure, even more so than sex. When Jirou is out in the sunlight he doesn't need a special ring or necklace to stay alive. All the sun does is drain his energy. It isn't to painful, but it's not pleasant to endure. Flowing water is his deadliest weakness. When that drains his energy it's extremely painful. If you happen to have a Holy Object and need protection against Jirou, touch him with it, it's just as painful as water (keep in mind that a character wouldn't know of these weaknesses right away).

Jirou is very loyal and protective of those he cares about, or anyone who's on his side for that matter. He hates savage vampires, rude people, and the Kowloon. He is very kind, and at times will joke around. If you're kind to him he will be kind to you, unless you're a kowloon, then he'll finish you off.

Legolas && Jirou

I'm not familiar with his character, so I can't say exactly what they'd think of each other, but Legolas certainly wouldn't hate him. They're both kind, have a sense of humor, and are willing to do what needs to be done. On top of that, he's generally courteous to everyone he meets, so there wouldn't be a problem about him being rude to Jirou. What do you think?

Buffy and Jirou

Hmmm...I think that these two would have an interesting relationship. If Buffy were to discover that Jirou were a vampire than she would definitely dislike him but he also kind of reminds me of the Dracula from Buffy. Mostly I think that she would want to kill him if she were to find out about what he is but, before that, I could see them being on OK terms until the point when all was revealed.
